S. Reed Ashwill is the owner and president of the Borden Hamman Agency.  Reed received a bachelor's degree in business and psychology from Baylor University in 1971. Since then he has received his Chartered Life Underwriter's (CLU) designation as well as his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. He is a member of the National Association of Financial Insurance Advisors (NAIFA), and National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA). He is affiliated with the National Brokerage Consortium (NBC) as well as The Marketing Alliance (TMA) marketing groups.  Reed holds his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses and is a Registered Representative with ProEquities, Inc.
