It is extremely important for agents to pre-qualify the health history of prospects who are interested in purchasing LTCi.
Each company has their own Underwriting Guidelines that are used to determine the insurability of an individual. Most companies also have underwriters available to help agents determine the underwriting class to quote for a prospect.
